AGCS Home Solutions works out of Crouse, in western Lincoln County, and takes on construction, remodeling and roofing projects across four counties: Lincoln, Gaston, Cleveland and Catawba. That covers growing towns near Lake Norman and the Charlotte side of Gaston County, as well as older mill towns and rural parcels farther west.

The work changes from place to place. A storm-damaged roof in Gastonia, a covered deck in Denver, a pole barn on acreage outside Cherryville and an addition to an older home in Shelby all call for different planning. Most of the ground here is red clay, so drainage, grading and foundation prep matter on almost every project that touches the site.

Permits also depend on where you live. In Gaston County, the county issues building permits for every town; in other counties it can depend on whether the property is inside city limits. We confirm the right office for your address during the estimate and handle the required permits and inspections as your licensed North Carolina general contractor (NCLBGC #106996).
